- 2/3 c. uncooked rice
- 2 tsp. cooking oil
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 c. boiling water
- 1 bouillon cube (any flavor)
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 3 stalks celery
- 1 green pepper
- 1 c. diced cooked pork
Directions

1Cook rice in oil until brown.

2Add salt, water, bouillon cube and soy sauce.

3Cover and cook 20 minutes.

4Add rest of ingredients and 1/4 cup more water, if necessary.

5Cover and cook 10 to 15 minutes more.

6Serves 4.
