  • 1 lb cleaned and deveined shrimp
  • 1 chili DE arbol powder seasoning
  • 1 garlic salt
  • 1 oregano
  • pinch ground cumin
  • 1/2 tsp minced garlic
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise
  • 1/2 sliced onion
  • 1 torta bread
  • 1 sliced avocado
  • 1 Napa cabbage
  • 2 Chipotle from can n some of juice
  • 1/4 chopped onion
  • 1/2 bunch cilantro
  • 1 garlic salt to taste
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 tsp mayonnaise

Directions

    Start by cleaning and butter flying your shrimp.

    Sprinkle with desired amount of seasonings listed.

    Warm a pan add butter and garlic, now add in, onion cook about 3 minutes and in in shrimp cook shrimp till pink about 6 minutes or so set aside.

    Add all ingredients for Chipotle sauce into blender cream well taste for seasoning.refridgerate till use.

    Cut open your torta bread add mayo heat a small skillet and lightly toast your bread mayo side down till golden.

    Now assemble, add Chipotle dressing to bottom, shrimp, cabbage, avocado, more dressing etc.. enjoy!
