- 1/4 c. margarine or butter
- 1/4 c. fresh snipped chives or finely chopped green onions
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 4 ears corn-on-the-cob
Directions

1In a small bowl, combine margarine or butter, chives or green onions, garlic powder and pepper.

2Using a knife, spread ears of corn with the butter mixture.

3Wrap each ear in a piece of heavy foil.

4Grill corn on an uncovered grill directly over hot coals for 15 to 18 minutes or until tender, turning frequently.
