- 1 1/8 cups baking chocolate chopped
- 5 5/8 tablespoons butter in pieces.
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- salt
- 7/8 cup flour sieved
- 3/4 cup coconut flakes optional
Directions

1Preheat the oven to 170 degrees Celsius.

2Place the butter and chocolate in a pan, add the sugar and melt on low heat, stirring continuously until smooth. Allow to cool.

3In a bowl, gently whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt.

4Add the chocolate mixture to the beaten egg and mix. Add the flour and coconut, and mix well into a thick batter.

5Line a baking sheet with 8 6-centimeter diameter cake molds. Pour in the cake batter into each one..

6Bake for about 15 minutes, and leave to cool.

7Remove from the molds and sprinkle with additional coconut.
