  • 1 c. brown sugar
  • 1 1/2 c. oatmeal
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 1/2 c. flour
  • 1 tsp. baking soda
  • 3/4 c. butter
  • 1 (14 oz.) can condensed milk
  • 1 (12 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
  • 2 Tbsp. water
  • 1 tsp. vanilla

Directions

    Grease a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    In a large bowl, combine brown sugar, oatmeal, salt, flour and baking soda.

    Cut in butter and put half of mixture into prepared pan.
