Ingredients
- 1 tsp. unflavored gelatin
- 1 Tbsp. cold water
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. boiling water
- 1/4 c. Hershey's baking cocoa
- 1 c. heavy cream (very cold)
Directions

1Sprinkle gelatin over cold water in small bowl.

2Stir and let stand 1 minute to soften.

3Add boiling water and stir until all gelatin is dissolved.

4Must be clear.

5Stir together sugar and cocoa in small cold mixer bowl.

6Add heavy cream and vanilla.

7Beat at medium speed until stiff peaks form.

8Pour in gelatin mixture and beat until well blended.

9Heap into a dome shape in bowl and chill 1/2 hour.

10Drizzle chocolate syrup over mousse if desired. To double recipe use 1 envelope gelatin and double remaining ingredients.
