- 8 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 2 to 3 egg yolks
- 1 1/4 c. whipping cream
- 3 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 3 Tbsp. strong brewed coffee
Directions

1Melt chocolate in a double boiler or in a pan with hot water. (Do not let water boil.)

2Add sugar, coffee and egg yolks, one at a time.

3Stir until mixture has thickened.

4Remove from heat.

5Let cool.

6Whip cream.

7Add slightly cooled chocolate mixture.

8Spoon mousse into individual serving dishes.

9Let cool in refrigerator for 1 hour.

10Garnish each serving with a spoonful of whipped cream.
