- 1 bar baking chocolate
- 1/2 c. chocolate liqueur
- 6 eggs, separated
- 2 tsp. confectioners sugar
- 1/2 stick butter
Directions

1Warm chocolate liqueur in small saucepan.

2Cut up bar of chocolate into small pieces into blender.

3Cut up butter and place in blender.

4Pour heated liqueur into blender.

5Mix contents thoroughly.

6In separate large mixing bowl, stiffen egg whites and gradually add confectioners sugar until mixture is stiff. Place egg yolks in blender; mix.

7Put chocolate mixture from blender into bowl with egg whites. With a spatula, fold chocolate mixture until completely blended with egg whites.

8Put bowl in refrigerator and chill 4 to 6 hours. Remove and serve.
