  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. Karo light or dark syrup
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 small bag Nestle semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/2 c. pecans
  • 1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust

Directions

    In a large bowl combine eggs, syrup, sugar, vanilla and pecans until well blended.

    Stir in pecans and chocolate chips.

    Pour into pie crust.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted comes out clean.

    Allow to cool.

    Serves 8.
