- 6 Tbsp. cornstarch
- 1/4 c. cocoa
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 12 oz. can milk (not Eagle Brand)
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 baked (9-inch) pie shell
- whipped cream or topping
Directions

1Mix dry ingredients with canned milk, a little at a time, until well blended.

2Then add the rest of the ingredients.

3Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until it comes to a boil. Cool slightly and pour into pie shell and cover with cream when completely cool.

4Refrigerate leftovers.
