  • 12 cup shortening
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons water
  • 2 (1 ounce) unsweetened chocolate squares, melted
  • 2 cups Bisquick baking mix
  • 1 cup chopped nuts
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 14 cup cocoa
  • 2 -3 tablespoons water

Directions

    Heat oven to 350*.

    Mix shortening, sugar, eggs, vanilla, water and chocolate.

    Stir in 2 cups baking mix and nuts.

    Drop dough by teaspoonfuls onto ungreased baking sheet.

    Bake 15 minutes.

    Cool and frost with Quick Chocolate Frosting.

    Blend powdered sugar, cocoa and 2-3 Tblsp.
