- 2 whisked eggs
- 3 oz cocoa powder

1Preheat oven 200C

2In a large bowl mix together the sugar and butter until light and fluffy

3Beat in the egg a little at a time

4Sift the flour and fold into mixture

5Add the cocoa powder and mix well

6Put mixture into a grease-lined cake tin

7Bake in the oven for 20 mins
