  • 1 stick melted margarine
  • 1 c. chopped nuts
  • 1 1/4 c. powdered sugar
  • 1 c. Cool Whip (buy large Cool Whip)
  • 8 oz. cream cheese, softened
  • 1 box chocolate instant pudding
  • 1 box vanilla instant pudding
  • 3 c. milk

Directions

    Mix flour, margarine and chopped nuts and bake 20 minutes at 350° to a nice brown crust.

    Spread thin in an 11 x 14-inch sheet cake pan, on bottom of pan only.
