- 16 oz. semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/2 c. light corn syrup
- 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1 1/2 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 c. powdered sugar
- 1/2 c. butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 tsp. vanilla
Directions

1Line a loaf pan with plastic.

2Mix 1/2 cup cream with egg yolks.

3In a 3-quart pan stir the chocolate, corn syrup and butter over a medium heat until melted.

4Add egg mixture and stir constantly for 3 minutes.

5Cool to room temperature and beat the remaining cream, sugar and vanilla until soft peaks form.

6Fold into chocolate, pour into pan and freeze.

7Unmold and slice thin. Serve with raspberry sauce.
