- 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
- 12 cup heavy cream
Directions

1Put chocolate in large heatproof bowl.

2Bring cream just to a boil in small saucepan over medium-high heat.

3Pour over chocolate in bowl.

4Cover and let stand 10 minutes.

5Stir until smooth.

6Let stand until thick, about 15 minutes.

7Pour chocolate mix into an 8-inch dish, cover and refrigerate until very cold.

8Scoop balls onto sheet.

9Freeze until hard.

10Dip in melted chocolate using a toothpick.
