  • 8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, finely chopped
  • 12 cup heavy cream

    Put chocolate in large heatproof bowl.

    Bring cream just to a boil in small saucepan over medium-high heat.

    Pour over chocolate in bowl.

    Cover and let stand 10 minutes.

    Stir until smooth.

    Let stand until thick, about 15 minutes.

    Pour chocolate mix into an 8-inch dish, cover and refrigerate until very cold.

    Scoop balls onto sheet.

    Freeze until hard.

    Dip in melted chocolate using a toothpick.
