Chocolate Yogurt Creme Pudding

- 1 cup sugar
- 13 cup cocoa
- 14 ounce unflavored gelatin (1 package or equivalent)
- 1 13 cups milk, 2%
- 16 ounces vanilla yogurt, lowfat
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Directions

1In medium saucepan, stir together sugar, cocoa and gelatin.

2Gradually stir in milk.

3Let stand 5 minutes.

4Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly until mixture comes to a boil and gelatin is dissolved.

5Cool slightly.

6Add yogurt and vanilla.

7Blend gently until just well combined.

8Pour into dessert dishes.

9Refrigerate 6 hours or until set.

10Top with fruit if you want to do so.
