Ingredients

  • 20 lb. chokecherries
  • 3 lemons
  • 6 oranges
  • 40 lb. sugar
  • 2 lb. raisins
  • 2 pkg. yeast
  • 10 gal. warm water

Directions

    Dissolve yeast in a little warm water.

    Combine all the ingredients plus yeast in a crock or large new waste basket.

    Stir twice a day for 20 days.
  4. 4
    Let settle for 10 more days and siphon into bottles.
