- 1 tube beef chorixo
- 1/2 packages longaniza
- 1 box softened cream cheese
- 1/3 cup cotija cheese
- 1 cup shredded mexican cheese mix
Directions

1preheat oven to 350 & foil line a baking sheet

2dice your longaniza & add to pot with chorizo.

3Cook down about 5-6 minutes.

4Its important to use beef chorizo the pork has way to much fat drain any remaining fat, add softened cream cheese & cotija cheese to chorizo mix.

5Mix well set aside.

6dice jalapenos in half & with a spoon remove seeds and veins.

7Becareful with your eyes and touching with hands.Fill each popper with mix and top with cheese bake 12-15 minutes
