- 1 lb. veal and 1 lb. pork or 2 lb. chopped stew meat
- 2 c. celery
- 2 c. onions
- 2 Tbsp. molasses
- 1 Tbsp. dry mustard
- 1 can bean sprouts
- salt and pepper
- chow mein noodles and/or rice
Directions

1Cut meat in small pieces (or have the butcher do it for you) and brown in Crisco or vegetable oil.

2A frying pan works better than

3a wok.

4Add molasses, mustard, celery and onions.

5Cover with water and cook 1 hour or until meat is done.

6Add bean sprouts and thicken with cornstarch (put 1 tablespoon of cornstarch in 1/4 cup warm water; stir, then add to mixture).

7Pour sauce over noodles and/or rice.
