- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 2 to 4 small onions, sliced
- 1/2 c. catsup
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. dried parsley
- 1 lemon, sliced
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- pepper to taste
Directions

1Form meat into one very large patty, about 1/2-inch thick and place on a large piece of aluminum foil.

2Melt margarine in pan and brown onion.

3Place onion on top of meat.

4Mix all other ingredients and pour over meat.

5Seal foil and bake at 350° for 40 minutes.

6Open foil and broil 5 minutes.

7Serves 6.
