Chunky Atsuage Stew

Ingredients
- 250 grams Pork belly (thinly sliced)
- 2 packs Atsuage
- 100 grams Green beans
- 1 packet Shimeji mushrooms
- 1 1/2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tbsp Sugar
- 2 tbsp Mirin
- 2 tbsp Sake
- 4 tbsp Dashi stock
- 1 dash Salt
- 1 Katakuriko
- 1 Salt and pepper
Directions

1Remove the oil from the atsuage and cut into bite-sized pieces.

2Boil the green beans in salted water and then cut in half.

3Remove the root from the shimeji mushrooms and shred.

4Wrap the atsuage from Step 1 with pork belly.

5Coat with katakuriko and season with salt and pepper.

6Pan-fry both sides in a frying pan.

7Once the meat has cooked, add the shimeji and green beans.

8Flavor with the ingredients.
