  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 10 Tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 1 tsp. nutmeg
  • all-ready pie shell
  • whipped cream

    Boil until it thickens (first 5 ingredients), stirring with wire whisk.

    Pour into prebaked pie shell.

    Refrigerate until firm. Serve with whipped cream.
