- 1 egg white
- 1 tsp. water
- 1 lb. bag pecan halves
- 1 c. white sugar
- 1 1/2 to 2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Beat egg white and water until frothy.

2Add pecan halves. Toss and coat all nuts with egg white mixture.

3Mix sugar, cinnamon and salt.

4Pour over wet nuts.

5Coat well and pour on a cookie sheet.

6Bake at 300° for 30 minutes.

7Remove from oven and remove from cookie sheet immediately.
