Cinnamon Yeast Rolls

Ingredients
- 2 c. boiling water
- 1/4 c. shortening
- 1/2 c. sugar
- 1 tsp. salt (optional)
- 2 eggs
- 2 packets dry yeast
- 1/4 c. hot water (about 100~ to 110~)
- 7 to 8 c. flour
- softened butter or margarine
- sugar and cinnamon
Directions

1Place the first 4 ingredients in a large mixing bowl.

2Beat eggs and set aside.

3Place yeast and water in small bowl and sprinkle with a little sugar and allow yeast to activate.

4Mix eggs and yeast mixture together.

5Add flour to egg mixture in large bowl.

6Mix until slightly sticky and then knead by hand on floured surface until smooth.

7Place in a large covered bowl overnight or let rise in warm location for about 2 hours.
