- 5 oz. minced clams
- 8 oz. cream cheese
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. clam liquid
- 1/4 tsp. salt
Directions

1Drain clams and save liquid.

2Soften cream cheese 20 to 30 seconds on medium in a 1-quart (1 liter) microproof casserole. Mix cream cheese, onion, lemon juice and clam liquid well.

3Add salt to taste.

4If mixture is too thick, add more clam liquid for easy dunking.

5Serve fresh vegetables or crackers.

6Makes 1 1/2 cups.
