- 1/4 c. finely cut bacon or 2 Tbsp. margarine
- 1 (6 1/2 oz.) can clams, minced
- 1 c. diced raw potatoes
- 3/4 c. water
- 2 1/2 c. milk
- 1/4 c. minced onion
Directions

1Saute bacon and onion until onion is tender.

2Drain clams. Add clam liquor, potatoes and water to onion and bacon; cook about 10 minutes, until potatoes are tender.

3Add clams; heat through. Just before serving, add milk; heat to simmer.

4Serves 4.
