- 4 slices bacon, cut up
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 3 potatoes, chopped
- 1 c. water
- 2 cans drained, chopped clams
- 3 c. half and half
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Fry bacon and onion in skillet until crispy.

2Stir in flour. Cook potatoes until tender.

3Drain and mash about 1/2 cup potatoes against pot.

4Add bacon, onion and flour mixture.

5Put in water and liquid for clams.

6Stir in clams and half and half.

7Season; cook on low heat until bubbly.
