- 1 tsp. pepper

- 2 cans minced clams (Doxee) in juice
- 3/4 c. butter (1 1/2 sticks)
- 1 c. flour
- 1 qt. half and half
- regular milk
Directions

1In another saucepan, melt butter.

2Add flour, stirring constantly with wire whisk, over medium-high heat.

3Add 1 quart half and half and stir until mixture is thick and smooth.

4Add potato mixture.

5Place in crock-pot and add half and half, cup regular milk and simmer for at least 2 hours.
