  • 6 oz. can chopped clams with juice
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 30 Ritz crackers, crushed
  • 3 Tbsp. melted margarine

Directions

    Melt margarine.

    Add onion, clams and crackers and put into 9-inch pie plate.

    Sprinkle top with lemon juice.

    Bake at 350° for 20 minutes, covered, then for 10 minutes uncovered.
