Ingredients
- 2 c. Ritz crackers
- 1 small onion
- 1 can minced clams plus juice
- 1/8 to 1/4 lb. butter
- juice of 1 lemon or 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1 c. mayonnaise
- 2 tsp. parsley flakes
- 2 tsp. dill weed or Beau Monde (my preference)
- 2 tsp. minced onion or 1 tsp. dried onion
- 1/2 tsp. celery salt
- small loaf of pumpernickel bread (round)
Directions

1Mix dip ingredients and refrigerate at least 4 hours.

2Hollow out the bread to contain the dip.

3Cut bread into bite-sized pieces and place on plate around bread.

4Just before serving, pour dip into bread cavity.

5Dunk and enjoy.
