- 2 cans minced clams (with their water)
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1 stick butter
- 1/2 green pepper
- 1 onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 tsp. cayenne pepper
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 tsp. parsley
- 1 c. bread crumbs
- 8 oz. Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Saute clams with water and lemon juice for 20 minutes.

2Remove from heat.

3Saute butter, green pepper, onion, garlic, cayenne, oregano and parsley for 20 minutes. Remove from heat.

4Add bread crumbs.

5Top with cheese and bake until cheese melts. Serve with crackers.
