  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 c. light or dark corn syrup
  • 2 Tbsp. melted butter or margarine
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 1/4 c. pecans
  • 1 uncooked 9-inch pie shell

Directions

    Combine filling ingredients with a fork; stir in pecans. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until knife inserted halfway between center and edge comes out clean.

    Cool on wire rack.

    If using a frozen deep-dish pie shell, preheat oven to 350° and heat cookie sheet.
