  • 2 sq. (2 oz.) unsweetened chocolate
  • 1/3 c. butter
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 c. flour
  • 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 c. coconut (Angel Flake)

Directions

    Melt together over hot water chocolate and butter.

    Beat in 1 cup sugar and 2 eggs.

    Sift together and stir in other (flour, etc.).

    Last, mix in 1/2 cup coconut.

    Bake at 350° for 30 to 35 minutes in 8-inch square pan.
