- 16 oz. sour cream
- 2 c. sugar
- 8 oz. whipped cream
- white cake mix
Directions

1Bake a two layer white cake. Cool and split into 4 layers. Mix the coconut, sour cream and sugar.

2(Set aside 1 cup of this mixture.)

3Spread main mixture onto layer of cake.

4Mix the one remaining cup with the whipped cream.

5Ice cake. Refrigerate for 24 hours.
