  • 1 Duncan Hines white cake mix
  • 4 egg whites
  • 1/2 c. oil or melted shortening
  • 1 c. water
  • 1 c. fresh coconut (if desired)

    Mix all ingredients, except coconut.

    May add 1 cup fresh coconut, if desired.

    Bake cake according to directions on box. (Don't follow directions on box, except for temperature.)
