Coconut cupcakes

Directions

   Mix cake ingredient's as directed on box.

   Put cupcake papers in cupcake pan (makes 24 cupcakes).

   Fill cupcake papers 2/3 full with cake mix.

   Bake cupcakes as directed on box.

   After they are baked set them aside and let them cool completely so the cool whip does not melt off the cupcakes.

   You can do the coconut 2 ways; 1st- put about 1 tablespoon of cool whip on top of cupcakes and spread evenly, then add the desired amount of coconut on top or 2- mix the desired amount of coconut in with the cool whip then put on top of cupcakes.

   If you love coconut like I do you can do both.
