  • 3 c. sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cans coconut or 1 (14 oz.) bag
  • 1 can evaporated milk
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 3 pie shells (not deep-dish)

Directions

    Mix all ingredients and pour into pie shells.

    Melt 1/2 stick margarine and spoon on top of pies.

    Bake at 350° until golden brown.
