- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
Directions

1Beat egg whites with dash of salt and vanilla until soft peaks form.

2Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff.

3Fold in coconut. Drop by rounded teaspoons onto greased cookie sheet.

4Bake about 20 minutes in 325° oven.
