  • 1 stick butter
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 can coconut

Directions

    Mix sugar and flour.

    Melt butter and mix well.

    Beat eggs and add eggs, milk, coconut and vanilla to flour mixture.

    Pour into unbaked pie shell.

    Bake at 350° for 40 to 45 minutes until golden brown.
