  • 1 large bag coconut
  • 3 eggs
  • 2 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
  • 1 1/2 c. milk
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1/2 pkg. instant vanilla pudding
  • 1/2 tsp. lemon flavoring

Directions

    Beat eggs, sugar, flour and pudding together.

    Add coconut, melted butter and milk.

    Mix again.

    Stir in flavoring and pour mixture into three 9-inch pie shells.

    Bake in a 300° oven for 1 hour.

    Makes 3 pies.
