  • 2 c. coconut
  • 1 can milk (evaporated)
  • 3 c. sugar
  • 1 1/2 sticks butter
  • 6 eggs
  • 2 tsp. vanilla
  • 2 ready to bake pie shells

Directions

    Soak coconut in the milk for about 15 minutes.

    Pour off milk from coconut.
  3. 3
    Mix with all the other ingredients and pour into the two pie shells.

    Bake at 300° for 45 minutes.
