Coffee Chocolate Almond Mousse

Ingredients

  • 2/3 c. milk
  • 1/4 c. coffee liqueur
  • 1 (8 oz.) chocolate almond bar, broken
  • 3 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate, broken
  • 4 heaping c. marshmallows
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 pt. whipping cream or 2 (10 oz.) containers whipped topping
  • chocolate curls

Directions

    Put the first five ingredients in a 2-quart microwave-safe bowl.

    Cook on High until marshmallows melt.

    Stir in the cocoa powder.

    Cool completely.

    When cool, fold in the whipped cream. Place in a 9 or 10-inch spring-form pan.

    Garnish with chocolate curls.
