  • 2 sticks oleo
  • 3 Tbsp. cocoa
  • 1 c. Coke
  • 1/2 c. buttermilk
  • 1 Tbsp. soda
  • 1 Tbsp. vanilla
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 1/2 c. miniature marshmallows

Directions

    Put the flour and sugar in a large bowl.

    Combine the oleo, cocoa and Coke; bring to a boil.

    Pour into flour and sugar mixture.

    Add the buttermilk, soda, vanilla, eggs and miniature marshmallows.

    Bake at 350° for 35 to 40 minutes.

    Ice while warm.
