  • 2 bunches greens
  • 1 6 oz. strip salt pork
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 2 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Wash each leaf of green separately.

    After carefully washing several times, hold stem tightly and strip leaves from stem. Discard stems; they are tough.

    Place greens in pressure cooker; add salt, water and meat.
  4. 4
    Cook approximately 35 minutes.

    Set aside.

    Cool, remove cover and continue cooking at high heat for 15 minutes more.
