- 2 bunches greens
- 1 6 oz. strip salt pork
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 2 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Wash each leaf of green separately.

2After carefully washing several times, hold stem tightly and strip leaves from stem. Discard stems; they are tough.

3Place greens in pressure cooker; add salt, water and meat.

4Cook approximately 35 minutes.

5Set aside.

6Cool, remove cover and continue cooking at high heat for 15 minutes more.
