• 1/4 teaspoon allspice, ground

• 1/4 teaspoon turmeric, ground
• 1/4 teaspoon cardamom, ground
• 1/4 teaspoon dry mustard
• 1/8 teaspoon mace, ground
• 1 pinch cayenne pepper
