Secure 2 cakes side by side on a cake board with a little frosting. Coat with frosting. Cut remaining cakes into large pieces and stack on top, securing with a little frosting. Using a small, sharp knife, trim to form a mound.

Using a small serrated knife, cut into cake to create a 2 inch wide sloping roadway around the cake, leading to the top of the cake. Spread remaining frosting over cake. Decorate with chocolate bar, honeycomb, Hershey's kisses, M&M's, sprinkles, Pop Rocks and toys.
