  • 8 to 10 chicken breasts, skinned and boned
  • bacon slices (1 for each breast)
  • 4 oz. dried beef
  • 1 pt. sour cream
  • 2 cans cream of mushroom soup

Directions

    Line bottom of pan with the dried beef.

    Wrap each breast with bacon slice and put on top of dried beef.

    Bake at 400°, uncovered, for 30 minutes.

    Pour off bacon fat.

    Mix soup and sour cream.

    Pour over chicken.

    Reduce heat to 350° and cover. Bake 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
