- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/3 c. canola oil
- 1 bell pepper
- 1 medium head cabbage
- 1 medium brown onion
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1In saucepan, heat to boiling the sugar, oil and vinegar.

2Chop the bell pepper, cabbage and onion. Add the seasonings.

3Best when made early and put in refrigerator overnight.
