  • 2 lb. carrots
  • 1 onion
  • 1 green pepper
  • 1/2 c. vinegar
  • 1 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. mustard
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1/4 c. salad oil

Directions

    Slice and boil carrots 5 to 6 minutes, still crisp and salted to taste.

    Chop onion, pepper and mix other ingredients.

    Pour over cooled carrots.
