- 2 lb. carrots
- boiling water
- 1 large onion
- 1 large green pepper
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. cider or with vinegar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
Directions

1Peel and slice carrots in 1/4-inch thick slices and place in saucepan.

2Add water, cover and cook until tender.

3Drain and cool. Slice and separate onions into rings.

4Cut green pepper into strips.

5Combine carrots, onions and peppers into bowl.
